No, if you purchase the Digital Non-Resident Annual Pass you cannot add on a physical version.
If you want a physical version of the Non-Resident Annual Pass, do not purchase the Digital Pass now. Instead, wait to purchase your pass in person when you visit a federal site. After you have the physical pass in hand you can connect it to a Recreation.gov account to add a digital version.
