If so, then we simply need to correct the profile attached to the reservation. We will need the cardholders first and last name, credit card billing address and phone number (with area code), in order to guarantee the reservation.
If no, then this reservation is considered a third party reservation which basically means that the person paying for the reservation is not checking in. For the security of your credit card and to provide a hassle-free check-in for your guest, we need the following information from the cardholder:
•Name, address and phone number of card holder
•Credit card number and expiration date (written out)
•The confirmation number(s) and guest's name (who will actually be staying)
•Signature of card holder
•Acknowledgment of amount being charged
We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Carte Blanche or JCB.
Note: We require this information within 7 days. We will continue to hold this reservation until September 20, 2011. This information must be faxed to (303) 297-3175, ATTN: Lynn.
Your deposit will guarantee the reservation and the first night’s rate only. Subsequent nights on multiple night reservations will be subject to the new applicable rate. Any modifications to your reservation(s) will result in the entire stay being subject to the current applicable rate. All room rates are subject to the current applicable taxes and/or surcharges. If for any reason you need to cancel this reservation, you will receive a full refund provided you give at least 2 days notice prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within two days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
